Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Policy

We use a print-on-demand company to fulfill all product orders, meaning all products are custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not support returns or exchanges if you:

  • Order the wrong size or color

  • Change your mind after placing the order

  • Decide the product does not meet personal preferences

All sales are considered final.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer:

  • A free reprint, or

  • A full refund

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

To request a refund or reprint:

  • Submit the issue using our Submit Refund Request form

  • Include a clear photo of the product showing the damage or error

  • You do not need to return the damaged item

We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.

3. Sizing and Product Accuracy

Please review all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If the product received matches the description and size selected, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you believe there is a discrepancy between the product and what was advertised, please contact us and we will evaluate the case.

4. California Customers

Under California Civil Code §1723, if a store does not offer refunds, it must clearly post its refund policy. In compliance with this law:

  • This "All Sales Final" policy is clearly posted and disclosed at checkout.

  • If the policy is not visible at checkout, California customers may be entitled to return merchandise for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery, unless the product is custom-made, damaged, or altered at your request.

Since all our products are custom-made, our standard policy applies. However, if you are a California resident and believe your situation qualifies under the state refund law, please reach out via our contact form.
