Order Confirmation and Tracking:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking information when your package ships. -
P91 Faith partners with trusted third-party vendors who select the shipping carriers. Once a package leaves the vendor's facility, delivery time and handling are under the carrier’s control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
P91 Faith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as shipped. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please reach out to the carrier directly. However, you’re always welcome to contact us at info@p91faith.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. -
